Au cours de ces deux semaines, il y avait les m\u00eames objectifs d\u2019entra\u00eenement :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rythme (changement de rythme)<\/li>\n<li>Diff\u00e9renciation<\/li>\n<li>Capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation<\/li>\n<li>Pas en avant (flexion)<\/li>\n<li>Changement de direction<\/li>\n<li>Combinaison de diff\u00e9rentes techniques de jeu de jambes<\/li>\n<li>Position rel\u00e2ch\u00e9e de la raquette<\/li>\n<li>Flip de coup droit<\/li>\n<li>Sidespin revers<\/li>\n<li>Ouverture, anticipation, jeu ouvert<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9placement du centre de gravit\u00e9 du corps<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La m\u00e9thode de r\u00e9p\u00e9tition vous permet de consolider rapidement la mani\u00e8re de penser (r\u00e9flexion) et la structure du jeu. Selon les diff\u00e9rentes situations de jeu, il faut penser aux m\u00eames axes et essayer d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cuter les mouvements de fa\u00e7on tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cise.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La condition pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 la progression dans tous les axes d\u2019entra\u00eenement est le travail des jambes en \u00e9quilibre. Il est surtout important de continuer \u00e0 bouger apr\u00e8s chaque coup.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour apprendre \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler consciemment les mouvements de frappe et la coordination de tout le corps, vous pouvez varier la vitesse du jeu de jambes. En quelques exercices, vous pouvez voir comment Elias modifie consciemment la vitesse du jeu de jambes dans une m\u00eame situation de jeu.
