Les jeunes joueuses et joueurs du cadre B de la rel&egrave;ve STT ont &eacute;galement effectu&eacute;s ces axes de travail le week-end dernier &agrave; Macolin. L&rsquo;accent &eacute;tait notamment mis sur :<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;&eacute;quilibre<br \/>L&rsquo;orientation<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Texte : Samir Mulabdic, entra&icirc;neur national<br \/><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Au d&eacute;but de l&rsquo;entra&icirc;nement, les exercices &eacute;taient ex&eacute;cut&eacute;s en mouvement et de nombreux exercices &eacute;taient aussi effectu&eacute;s avec la raquette et la balle. Afin de bien contr&ocirc;ler la balle, les mouvements doivent &ecirc;tre effectu&eacute;s en immobilisant le haut du corps, la concentration &eacute;tant mise sur la balle.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dl.dropboxusercontent.com\/u\/336348\/Gleichgewicht%20April%202015.mp4\">Vid&eacute;o 1: Echauffement<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dl.dropboxusercontent.com\/u\/336348\/Kr%C3%A4ftigung%20April%202015.mov\">Vid&eacute;o 2: Exemple d&rsquo;exercice pour la stabilit&eacute; du corps entier<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Au milieu de l&rsquo;entra&icirc;nement, mettre par exemple deux exercices de tennis de table, 2 passages comme dans la vid&eacute;o. &Agrave; la fin de l&rsquo;entra&icirc;nement, p.ex. 3 &agrave; 5 s&eacute;ries &agrave; 2 passages de la vid&eacute;o.<\/p>\n<p>Lors du service\/retour, long-court, il faut notamment veiller &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;quilibre et &agrave; la stabilit&eacute; au moment du mouvement de retour.
